While many of the agents who switched their affiliations and joined Hammond were, and are, sales leaders in the market, we also have agents within the firm who got their start at Hammond as junior sales associates, often working with an established Hammond agent. Our agents represent men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Collectively the firm has agents that speak twenty-two different languages. Hammond agent compensation is fee-based and competitive. The firm has in place a uniform and simple to understand compensation schedule.
