About Hammond Residential
Established in 1991 by Saul B Cohen and Joseph Hare, Hammond is recognized as one of Greater Boston’s premier real estate companies. The firm has nine offices – four are situated in Boston and five are within commuting distance of the city. From these locations Hammond serves Boston and twenty eight (28) neighboring suburban communities. The firm is represented by over 250 agents and an administrative staff of 50 people. The firm's Cambridge and Belmont offices were founded by Tod Beaty and are independently owned.
In addition to residential brokerage, Hammond has a Rental Group, Mortgage Services, Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, a Publications Department, and a Relocation Department.
