Massachusetts Condo Sales February 2023

The attached graph shows closed condo sales in the Commonwealth over $2 million for the twelve months ending February 28, 2023. Not surprisingly, Boston far exceeds other communities (75% of total sales).

In the most recent 12-month period, there were 446 condo sales over $2 million, with a growing number occurring in Brookline, Newton, Cambridge, and Wellesley, largely due to new construction.
