The attached graph shows closed condo sales in the Commonwealth over $2 million for the twelve months ending September 30, 2023. (Only MLS PIN sales are included in this graph so some developer off-market sales may not be reflected.) Not surprisingly, Boston far exceeds other communities (75% of total sales).
In the most recent 12-month period, there were 446 condo sales over $2 million, with a growing number occurring in Newton and Wellesley, largely due to new construction.
