Amy's love of buildings and the built environment led to her obtaining a Master's Degree in Historic Preservation. With a deep understanding of both the residential and commercial markets, Amy has honed a unique skill set from past experience consulting on historic tax credit real estate development projects, working with real estate investment funds, to guiding buyers and sellers throughout the process of their sale from their first conversation to closing day.
