Janice Lipof is a proud recipient of the International Diamond Society Award, given to the top 10% of NRT agents worldwide (representing over 140,000 agents) and member of Top Agent Network (TAN), where only the top 10% of agents are invited to join. Janice brings years of experience in brokerage, design and development to her buyer and seller clients. As a Hammond agent, Janice’s strong work ethic, attention to detail and keen ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs, help her build a level of trust with them throughout all phases of a real estate transaction. Further deepening her knowledge of all facets of real estate, Janice worked as a design consultant for a premier MetroWest-area developer, and has personally developed multi-unit projects on Beacon Hill and the Back Bay.
Janice prides herself on being a never-ending student of the marketplace, continuously analyzing past markets in order to understand the present and guide her clients to the future. A longtime Newton resident and Simmons University graduate, Janice has been very active within the Newton Public Schools, which her two daughters attended. She has served as PTO President of Memorial Spaulding Elementary School, and she continued to volunteer extensively throughout the school system. Additionally, she has played an integral role in the numerous campaign successes of several local politicians, including her husband, Rick Lipof, who currently serves as Ward 8 City Councilor at Large.
She also enjoys volunteering with local non-profit agencies such as IMPACT Melanoma, the Centre Street Food Pantry, and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as a Peer Mentor through the SoulMate program as well as Friends of Dana Farber.
Janice looks forward to assisting you with all of your residential real estate needs.
