Kate has been a real estate agent since 2003. In the course of her career, she has closed on properties ranging in price from $200,000 to $6.4 million. Whether she is working with buyers or sellers, her focus is on educating her clients about market conditions and all elements of the real estate transaction. She prides herself on being proactive on her clients' behalf and always keeping their best interests in the forefront, and providing clear and timely communications. She enjoys having built long-term relationships with clients who purchased their first condo with her and get back in touch years later to purchase a single-family home, as well as those who are back in touch to sell when they are downsizing. While she has won multiple company awards for her sales volume over the years, Kate's focus has always been on the quality of service she provides to her clients.

While the majority of Kate’s business comes from returning past clients and referrals, she is always open to making new connections. She covers a wide range of towns in the greater Boston area, travelling as her clients do. She has built strong relationships with other professionals in her field and is happy to recommend excellent lenders, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, and contractors.

Kate grew up in the Boston area and graduated from Tufts University with a major in English. She also has a strong interest in the arts and is fluent in French. Before becoming a real estate agent, Kate pursued a career path which involved much travel, and she took advantage of opportunities to live in Paris, New York City, and Washington, D. C. She was delighted to return to the Boston area over twenty years ago. She shares her townhome with her two cats, Shiloh and Pearl. Kate always makes time for her volunteer job with Project Literacy, and she gets great satisfaction in helping newcomers improve their English skills.
