Vicky Whitney

Vicky has specialized in selling residential properties in Brookline, Newton, and Chestnut Hill. Over the years she has been a consistent top producer, and her clients have entrusted her with the marketing and sale of many of the important residences in the Greater Boston Area. Vicky is committed to offering a high level of service and accountability, and combined with her knowledge and experience, has earned a strong base of loyal, repeat clients and referrals. Whether working with first-time home buyers and sellers, down-sizers, condos, large estates, or quiet, non-listed properties, she works hard to make each transaction run smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to receiving national recognition for her brokerage performance, Vicky has been involved as well in various civic and charitable organizations. She continues to serve as a Trustee on the Vincent Memorial Hospital Foundation. With her husband, she has raised four children in Brookline and currently lives in Dedham. She is excited to add Dedham, Needham, Weston, and Wellesley to her areas of expertise.

Blake Whitney

Blake grew up in the Brookline area and has been working the past four years at Hammond Residential in partnership with her mother, Vicky Whitney. Since teaming with her mother to form The Whitney Group, Blake has been involved in over $50 million in residential real estate transactions.

With a strong background in event planning and development for non-profits, Blake brings outstanding attention to detail and customer service to her clients. Her extensive background also includes sales and project management for multiple Pure Barre studios. Blake earned her Masters' in Music from The Boston Conservatory and loves to perform in the Boston area.

Her community involvement consists of various fundraising events, including theatrical performances for The Vincent Club benefiting The Vincent Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Blake currently lives in Dedham with her husband and their two children.
