"I needed to sell my Brookline condo while living in another state. The unit needed electrical work and painting prior to being put on the market. Julie volunteered to oversee the work, managing the distribution of keys to workers, visiting the unit to check on their progress and answer questions, etc. She said it was all part of the service!
