It took me a while to find my dream home-years actually. Julie was patient, responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, flexible, and professional. I was especially impressed with her help in selling our condo. First, the preparation. A lot of things that seem small can make or break the first impression of a property, even one in move-in condition, and Julie knows exactly what they are. Second, after an offer was accepted, the work did not stop. The smallest details that in the end made me and the buyer happy, were discussed, everything explained, and we closed a week earlier than planned.
