Ryan enters the real estate industry after fifteen years of leadership in the service industry, highlighted by his six years of management at Newton’s Brae Burn Country Club. Always having an interest in real estate and with a keen eye for home décor and furnishings, he worked part-time with a home staging company before becoming licensed in Massachusetts. Noticing the impact the pandemic had on the service industry, the shutdown led him to residential real estate full-time.

As a member of the Concierge Home Sales team, Ryan’s hands-on project management approach is a great resource for sellers as they prepare their homes to sell. Sellers have benefited from the step-by-step plan he brings in, starting from what to expect in the initial meeting, to a calendar with a checklist of what happens from the open house to the submission of an offer, to the signing of the purchase and sales agreement, and all the way through to the closing and exchange of keys.

Having already purchased three of his own properties, Ryan is well-versed in how daunting it can be for first-time home buyers to enter the process. Ryan can be invaluable to buyers, whether it is your first home or your tenth.

Ryan currently resides in Norwood with his pup Colby, an apricot maltipoo. He enjoys coaching youth hockey, working in his workshop, and being the “cool” uncle to his two nephews.
