“We first contacted Martha when we thought our daughter might end up buying a home in Brookline. As it turned out, we began to think about moving ourselves, from Providence, Rhode Island to the Boston area. We are getting, ahem, a bit older, and wanted one floor living, fewer homeowner responsibilities and to be nearer to family.
