On both occasions in which she helped us sell our home, Kathy’s expertise proved just as valuable.  Her guidance in how to prepare our home for maximum effect was incredibly helpful – from decluttering to painting and repairs to staging.  She managed the listing process smoothly and efficiently, which was very helpful for our family, and we appreciated her great communication all along the way.  Kathy dug into the details to understand the systems and features of our home and she was well versed in the neighborhood, all of which enabled her to represent them well to visiting buyers.  We were thrilled with the results of both home sales and achieved significant gains on our investment in both properties.

There are very few professionals that I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone at all, but Kathy Halley is one of them.  It is honestly shocking that Realtors as good as this exist.  There should be another name for all the things she does that go beyond where other Realtors seem to stop.  If New England real estate could be described like the English legal model, Kathy would be the barrister and all other agents solicitors.
