“When it came time to sell my childhood home in Brookline when my mother could no longer live there, Eileen Strong-O’Boy was the first person I thought of to call. I knew Eileen from growing up in Brookline and several of my friends had her sell their homes and recommended her highly.

“Once we met with Eileen, we listed with her immediately and she guided us through the process. I live on the North Shore and my sister is out of state so Eileen handled everything for us – from staging the house (complete with holiday decorations), finding the correct price point, finding the right buyers, taking out trash, checking on the house, charging ring doorbell batteries, clearing up outdated building permits we didn’t know we had, arranging for cleaners, donation of items and clearing out the entire house.
