“I can hardly say enough in praise of Eileen Martin who recently sold my house in Newton Centre. I was living alone for two years in an historic Queen Anne Victorian since my wife of 57 years passed away. It was time to move to an assisted living facility. Preparing the house for sale required a drastic down-sizing from 7,500 sq ft to 900 sq ft. Fifty years of accumulated possessions had to be disposed of. To make this happen Eileen introduced me to her favorite ‘moving facilitator,’ who had an enormous amount of experience in the art of downsizing. The two of them together accomplished the ‘impossible’ task of donating, selling, and tossing nearly everything in the house. Eileen took me to visit my ‘to be’ new apartment home and she helped in the arrangements for moving and for purchasing new furnishings.
